Co-Branded Printed Materials Order Request Form

To ensure brand color accuracy, all co-branded printed materials must be ordered through IWT’s approved print vendor, Service Printing in Lynchburg, Virginia.

After this form is submitted, IWT’s Marketing department will contact you for details and logo files you wish to include.  The requested co-branded file will be developed, and a screenshot/proof will be sent to the contact listed below for approval. Once the proof is approved, IWT will place the print order with Service Printing.

Service Printing will send an invoice directly to the partner for the quantity ordered. Payment must be completed online before printing and shipping begins. Production and shipping timelines may vary based on proof approval, order quantity, and Service Printing’s production schedule.
